Solace

The goal for this project was to create a cook book and menu system for a gluten-free restaurant named Solace. Changing ones diet to gluten free can be challenging and can seem like a long road ahead. The food can often be bland and tasteless. Solace was created with gluten free comfort food such as pizza, chicken tenders, and cake in mind. The idea was to compare the journey of going gluten free to the tour de France. The tour de France is a long, excruciating race but once a rider completes the journey, there’s a sense of accomplishment.
